If you filter for Somali primary language and Somali language spoken there are still well over 500.

I copy and pasted this data population into Excel. It is all in one column so I need time to clean it up before analyzing it against the WA fiscal payment data. But we really should look at the whole population of all payment $ ratio vs approved student # to identify outsized payments to any party.
