Trump attacks Colorado Governor @jaredpolis, lying and claiming that he put Tina Peters in jail. 
He didn't put her in jail. A jury of her peers did for committing several felonies, including: 
- Attempting to influence a public servant
- Conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation
- Official misconduct
- Violation of Colorado’s Secretary of State regulations
(Seven of 10 counts in total)
Peters gave a trusted employee’s security badge to an unauthorized individual, allowed that person to access voting equipment and copy sensitive election system data, circumvented security protocols required by state law, misled investigators and other officials about what happened and then worked with election-denial activists to spread the stolen data publicly.
