Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene @RepMTG - This Wednesday, the House will finally vote on my bill, Protect Children’s Innocence Act, which will make it a class c felony to perform gender affirming care on minors.
God doesn’t make mistakes, every child is perfect, and minors need protection to safely grow up before they decide to make permanent radical changes to their bodies.
Please urge all House members to vote YES on H.R. 3492, Protect Children’s Innocence Act.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene @RepMTG - TThis is 100% correct. Our National Guard troops should not be sent to foreign countries to be killed in foreign lands like Syria.
The National Guard is the militia and its purpose is to defend the homeland against foreign invasion, respond to major natural disasters, and other similar needs within the homeland.
I’m praying for the families of the two Iowa National Guardsman, who are mourning the deaths of their loved ones and for the other soldiers who were injured.
Bring our troops home!!!
Enough of this!!!

Unbelievable. National Guard troops became casualties in a foreign theater on the 389th birthday of the National Guard. What a tragedy. They never should have been in Syria in the first place.
Founded in 1636—long before the Constitution or the modern National Guard—the militia was meant to be distinct from a general army. As James Madison argued in the Virginia Ratifying Convention, no free government would “drag the militia unnecessarily to an immense distance.” Accordingly, the Framers treated the militia differently from the army: reserving general authority over it to the states, while permitting the federal government to use it only to execute the laws, suppress insurrections, or repel invasions.
Absent a formal declaration of Congress, Guard troops should be defending the U.S. border, responding to floods in Libby, Montana, or at home with their families.

Rep. Melanie Stansbury @Rep_Stansbury - I am absolutely heartbroken by the news of the violence and lives taken during the Hanukkah celebrations in Sydney. My heart is with the families, the community, and all those impacted.
Violence, hate, and antisemitism have no place in this world. We stand in solidarity with the Jewish community, those affected, and reaffirm that everyone deserves to live and celebrate their faith in safety and peace. #Solidarity #Hanukkah
