Trump two this only true in rhetoric, not policy. He might say deport every single immigrant with ICE, and the Dems rush to support Garcia Omar Fernandez wanted child rapist from deportation. 
Trump has really learned to used the Democrat reflexive urge to counter him to amazing effect.
