The BBC is a quasi-governmental organization that you pay for with your hard-earned pounds under penalty of law.
BBC News is not a free press.  The BBC’s entertainment arms are government-run messaging.
It does not matter that this means all they ever spew is left wing propaganda.  It would be just as disgusting if it churned out only right wing propaganda.  When the government—any government—has any direct or indirect control over news and/or entertainment content, you  are living under tyranny.
And I don’t just mean the UK when I say that.  I mean ANY country.  Imagine if the USA had a taxpayer-funded media conglomerate that dominated all news reporting and televised entertainment in the USA, that was under Trump’s control in the background, and that Americans were FORCED to fund with their tax dollars, would you consider that to be anything other than Cold War Pravda style tyranny?
Be honest.
So the issue is not that the BBC’s viewpoint discrimination is ever so slightly to the Right of Fidel Castro.  The issue is not that the BBC literally engaged in the worst source of journalistic malpractice for the sole purpose of slandering Donald Trump.
No, the issue is that you are living under an Orwellian news and entertainment behemoth straight out of the Soviet Union circa 1975, and you refuse to acknowledge that reality.
THAT is the issue.
