“. . .God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. Whoever fears is not perfect in love.”

The 25-year-old listed @CAPublicHealth as his employer. Dphrepaulezz is a rapper known as "A.R. The Believer." He tried desperately to hide his face from the cameras after his disguise was pulled off. He came to the attack wearing gloves.
