Cuomo is a political ringer. The Dems do this in WA. They pick someone to run against who they select to win so it looks like a choice. The ringer never runs a campaign, has radical beliefs or a past that makes the candidate they select look more reasonable.
They are doing this now in SEA mayoral race.
