ColonelTowner-Watkins @ColonelTowner - You are watching a master exposing the deep state actors. Pay attention.
Congress has ZERO ability to do anything about repositioning troops. Zero. It requires no authority by Congress to PCS troops from Romania to another base.
Facts: there are no U.S. military bases in Romania. The first rotation of temporary personnel arrived there around 2005 after the CIA coup (first one) in Ukraine resulted in Russia taking Crimea. It increased in the immediate aftermath of the second CIA coup of Ukraine in 2014 to approximately 1,000 to 1500. There are a few Navy personnel outside of this at an Aegis missile site on another Romanian base.
Any republicans opposing the decrease in military ops tempo by ceasing this requirement for our military to be sent abroad doesn’t give a shit about the military or national security. They care about the contractors that will not be paid to support their deployments.
Proceed accordingly.

CONGRESS REPORTEDLY MOVES TO BLOCK PENTAGON PLAN TO PULL TROOPS FROM ROMANIA
Bipartisan lawmakers are preparing legislation to block the Trump administration's plan to withdraw troops from Romania and other NATO outposts near Russia's border.
Critics call it a "gift to Putin" and a "strategic blunder."
Top defense Republicans Roger Wicker and Mike Rogers jointly blasted the move as "uncoordinated and directly at odds with the president's strategy."
Democrat Adam Smith warned it sends "the exact wrong signal to Putin and our European allies."
The Pentagon claims it's shifting focus to the Indo-Pacific, but lawmakers aren't buying it.
Sen. Thom Tillis:
“Scaling back our presence in Romania defies sound strategy.
Romania has been a rock-solid ally for nearly 30 years, investing billions to strengthen NATO.
We should not be blindsiding America’s allies.”
The Pentagon also plans cuts in Bulgaria, Hungary, and Slovakia starting next month.

Combat Learjet @Combat_learjet - RECENT HOTEL EXPERIENCE: I went to bed around 8:30 PM in preparation for an early show. Around 9:45pm I woke up to what sounded like the neighbors making noise and slamming doors. I eventually woke completely up and got up to investigate the noise. My room was completely blacked out, however I noticed light coming from my front door, as I got closer I could see my door was open and someone’s finger reaching in and trying to defeat the safety bar. My gut reaction was to kick the door closed with the fingers still reaching in... I ended up telling them I wouldn’t recommend coming in. Turned out the hotel gave my room to someone else and after they couldn’t get in due to the safety bar, they enlisted hotel maintenance to try and help them get in….WTH? If I try and open the door and the safety bar is up, I’m headed back to the front desk to get a different room. Airline Pilot life is always full of adventure.

Congressman John Rose @RepJohnRose - Video: WATCH: 53% of all flight delays are now caused by staffing shortages, creating chaos for travelers like Rose at @Fly_Nashville.
All she wanted was to be home with her family this weekend, but her flight—along with 300 others—was grounded because of the Democrat Shutdown.
Enough is enough. Senate Democrats: End the shutdown.
