The Reckoning @sethjlevy - Via @grok, the membrane tech developed by UT Austin has the potential to cover all US REO (refined REE) needs by 2029.
They have already cleared a significant hurdle by proving to DoD that they can refine individual elements.

The Redheaded libertarian @TRHLofficial - Grab the homies, it’s GHOST story time with Josie
Did you know that The United States Capitol was once described as “the most thoroughly haunted building in the world,” and at night—when the bustle of business ends—it is rumored that distant whispers drift through the stairwells, and gusts of air rush down its desolate halls. But did you know that one “harmless, amiable ghost,” as a newspaper alleged, is John Quincy Adams?
After serving as Secretary of State and POTUS, Adams litigated before the SupremeCourt before entering Congress in the twilight of his life. On February 21, 1848, Adams was seated at his desk where he happily chatted with junior Members and even signed autographs for them. Moments later, the House began to discuss a resolution to honor the officers of the Mexican-American War. Adams, however, opposed the war, believing it a ploy to expand slavery into new territory. Thus, in a sea of “ayes,” Adams shouted “NO!” to the resolution.
But when he stood to answer questions, “he was suddenly prostrated by disease,” stumbled backwards, and collapsed into the arms of a colleague. Adams had suffered a massive stroke.
The Speaker ordered Members to move a sofa to the Rotunda, where they laid Adams, and opened the Capitol doors to let in air to revive him. The gusts, though, proved too frigid to do him good. Still atop the couch, Adams was taken into the Speaker’s office just off the House Floor, where he died two days later.
In just one of numerous ghost stories connected to the Capitol, visitors have claimed for years to hear the echoes of Adams’ resounding “NO!”
Before dying, “Old Man Eloquent” muttered, “This is the last of earth.” But perhaps not.
