ULMS has had a full week to provide evidence refuting any specific allegation of wrongdoing. So far, it has declined to do so. Since our report, a dozen more members of the black community have contacted us to say they were victims of ULMS self-dealing. Some of them will speak on the record in the coming days. As we know, Commerce and the AG’s Office are also looking into abuse of Community Reinvestment Funds. ULMS is not the only nonprofit engaged in this behavior, and we will expose more next week.
