WHO OWNS DOMINION?

Because in 2020, although there was one Dominion Voting Systems, there were a NUMBER of different entities that seemed to own an interest in the company.

For example: HSBC -
Why Did Dominion Assign 18 Patents to Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp (HSBC) in Sept 2019?
More importantly, what happens if Dominion goes bankrupt or defaults? Does HSBC assume control of all voting IP?

HSBC is just ONE of the parties that had a chunk of Dominion as of 2020. Never heard of changes after that until now.
