Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 - It would be easy to fume over the 161-page temper tantrum issued by 85-year-old Judge William Young (Reagan) today related to a lawsuit against the Trump administration for attempting to deport pro-Palestinian non citizens-but one really has to pity the man.
Instead of spending his last days with his children and grandchildren and maybe great grandchildren, Young-like other ancient judges such as Royce Lamberth-refuses to relinquish his judicial throne so he can instead rant about Donald Trump.
Young recently has been upbraided by SCOTUS for defying at least one decision. But he remains undeterred, issuing his "finding" that President Trump is not just violating the 1A rights of non-citizens but is acting as a lawless executive endangering DEMOCRACY.
This is nothing more than another headline-producing stunt by a lifetime appointee-confirmed in 1985-who knows he can act this way without consequence.
