It does not serve medical societies or the Pharmaceutical Industry and its paid surrogates. And POTUS and his designees set federal policy. They do not require input from ACIP to do so. The ACIP only provides independent advice to POTUS and his designees as requested. And the States regulate the practice of medicine. ACIP is governed by the congressional FACA act. In the past, the activities of the ACIP were not fully compliant with FACA. Now they are. The lawyers have been all over this. Pharma, corporate media surrogates, Pharma’s congressional supporters, and Pharma’s owned medical society guilds don’t like it very much. But that is just the way things are now. At least until the next Presidential election.

The document had no timestamp or court markings on it, but the metadata tags revealed the name of the man who wrote it, and therefore the man who illegally leaked it -swarmy little creep
