On Jan. 6, a masked FBI agent wearing an earpiece and walkie-talkie was caught removing a glass window from the Capitol. When he realized he was being recorded, he pushed another man and blamed him.
To this day, he has not been added to the FBI’s most-wanted list, arrested, charged, indicted, or committed suicide.

It appears that the grand jury did not return a “true bill” on one of the originally alleged false statements.
