U.S. Attorney DC @USAO_DC - The defendant sent an unsolicited message to the undercover agent. During the course of their online chat, he sent the undercover agent a link to over 200 video files of child pornography, many of which depicted men raping prepubescent boys. Describing himself to the undercover agent as a “huge pedo,” the defendant claimed that when he was in high school he sexually abused a nine-year-old. At the time of the charged offense, the defendant was enrolled in law school in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and lamented to the undercover agent that it was “[h]ard to find boys here now.”
