Brian DiPippa pleaded guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of law enforcement. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Krystal DiPippa received a sweetheart deal for pleading guilty to obstruction of law enforcement and was sentenced to only three years of probation.
The two of them will also have to pay over $47,000 to a campus officer who suffered injuries.
In April 2023, the DiPippa couple and their Antifa comrades attacked attendees of the Knowles event. Brian hurled an explosive at police, causing injuries to officers. They also used homemade smoke devices to obscure vision and cause panic in the crowd.
