I would suspect that the local ANTIFA crew are almost certainly meeting to discuss strategies, that much I get. Were I them that's probably what I'd do.
The main problem they have now, what with the FBI's Counter Terrorism Unit now on the case and granted full authority to target them, any further provocation would only beg for the pressure campaign to ratchet up...and fast. And even then it probably doesn't even matter.
They've really never faced this type of resistance as the local yokel cops and judges are neutered (or complicit) by their politicians. So, even with this latest turn of events looming over them my gut tells me that it's likely there is still a sense that they can survive this.
They won't.
