John Eastman @DrJohnEastman - FINALLY!  The Georgia Supreme Court just denied Fani Willis's appeal of her disqualification in the criminal case against President Trump, me, and 16 others. The case will now go to the Prosecuting Attorneys Council to decide whether to appoint a different prosecutor -- either a different DA, a special counsel, or even one of the staff attorneys at the Council itself. Importantly, when Fani Willis was disqualified at an earlier phase of this case from continuing to investigate Burt Jones (one of the electors) after she headlined a fundraiser for Jones' political opponent in the race for Lt. Gov., the Council declined to appoint a prosecutor because there was no crime. Hopefully that precedent will be applied now to the rest of us, and we'll be able to close the book on this outrageous chapter of lawfare.
