DataRepublican (small r) @DataRepublican - Charlie Kirk story.
Erika's part about Charlie finding the talent, even the 5% that didn't believe in themselves, and pushing them to their fullest potential made me cry so hard.
Because that one felt so personal.
I was on medical leave when I started loosely doing early voting data and @realJeremyCarl introduced me to him.
Imagine this. I was a low follower, deaf, nobody. By all rights, it should've ended right there.
Charlie, somehow, almost immediately saw something in me that nobody else did. And pushed me the entire election season. Even though he had his own number guys.
He asked me questions, statistics, demographics. I answered.
Then immediately he started pushing me for more. I did.
And he just built me up bit by bit ... dangling RTs, encouraging a little more each time. We got pretty deep that season because he wanted to know all the numbers. And when Election Day rolled around ... he just kind of assumed, you give me the numbers all evening.
I keep replaying these conversations and crying.

DataRepublican (small r) @DataRepublican - Flashback: The left tried to kill my husband. They published the address of his distillery on a site plastered with a Molotov cocktail cursor.
Before that, he had never once shared a public political opinion. He wasn't that kind of man.
They targeted him for one reason only, because of me.

This is the first time I've felt like breaking down. But that means letting them win.
Look... I don't know who you are. Unless you're Bill Kristol, I don't know why you hate me so. I gave up a lucrative career to do this. It was never for money.
Why am I doing this? I know numbers. I see that my children have no future unless we tame spending. And as we are finding out, taming spending, also means taming the corruption in the government.
The numbers don't lie. Look at them, logically. Look at how much of our economy is sustained on deficit government spending. Look at the exponential rise in interest rate payments. We are not far from where we have to borrow to pay off the interest. And from there, it's only a disaster.
I survived 20% layoffs. Most of the private sector has. Layoffs are healthy. There is no way, shape, or manner that what DOGE is doing comes anywhere near to "cruelty."
You are trying to kill my husband when all I want to do was give my children a future.
Why?
Just why?
Please repent and come to Jesus. Literally

DataRepublican (small r) @DataRepublican - The Daily Beast is owned by IAC Inc., which trades publicly under the ticker symbol IAC. Perhaps legislation could be introduced to prevent government-managed funds from investing in companies that promote extreme rhetoric.

Jennica, how do we get rid of the Daily Beast? What’s their funding?

DataRepublican (small r) @DataRepublican - The X community galvanized around us and created a miracle. They bought entire years' worth of inventory in 24 hours.
We appreciate that ... we love it.
My point is - the innocent are not safe, either. They gladly want anyone associated with "fascists" to die.
