OUT OF HOSPITAL
12 years old Lydia Kaiser has officially been released from the hospital. After surviving the Annunciation school shooting, Lydia endured two brain surgeries, one to remove bullet fragments and another to relieve the swelling and pressure on her brain. 
Through it all she showed unshakable strength, and now her family says she’s walking, talking, and fighting. She still has another surgery ahead, but the fact that she is home again is nothing short of miraculous.
This little girl risked her life to shield another student. She fought through the unthinkable, and today she’s proving that bravery and resilience are stronger than fear. Her story is one we should never stop telling.

Shipwreckedcrew @shipwreckedcrew - Also this morning - Justice Roberts has issued an Admin stay on the D.C. Circuit's decision that an FTC Commissioner fired by Trump must be allowed to remain in her position until her lawsuit is completed.  
This is a case IMO that is most likely to go up to the Supreme Court this fall to decide the extent of a President's authority to fire inferior Exec. Branch officers -- whether the 1935 case referred to as "Humphrey's Executor" should be reversed.

Shipwreckedcrew @shipwreckedcrew - HUGE SCOTUS decision out this morning blocking the injunction issued by SoCal judge that prevented ICE from considering certain factors in making its decision about where to conduct enforcement operations.  
The SoCal federal judge had held that ICE couldn't consider locations such as car washes, Home Depot parking lots, farms, etc., as well as three other factors that increase the probability illegal aliens will be encountered by ICE.  
Vote was 6-3 to stay the injunction.
