Allen Guelzo talked about the written accounts of soldiers and bystanders who witnessed the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg and Jon Grinspan talked about the "Wide Awakes," a political movement in the 1860s made up of hundreds of thousands of young, antislavery Northerners. The Radnor Memorial Library and Main Point Books in Wayne, Pennsylvania, hosted this event.
