I have finished it. To be honest i was very disappointed. I can't really call it a book,it's that short. And it doesn't really say anything or go into depth. But, he gives 800 references, that's a lot of articles and documents to read. 
He says that those 800 references gave him this view point so i certainly want to read those.
Thanks again for all the books and information and i hope a lot of people have downloaded them so information never disappears.
