We had national holiday yesterday, but I was otherwise occupied so I'm writing this today.
No, I wasn't at the political gatherings done by both the Fidesz and Tisza, or any other parties. Today they are playing "who were more" game. So we're gonna pay no mind to them, or who said what in their speech as usual.

I wrote about Görgey Artúr, one of the most dividing figure of the War. Let's look at Kossuth Lajos his best patron then his most bellicose critique. Volumes can be written about him, they did, so I can only give a very concise summary of him, and perhaps one slice from his life, one aspect that I can expand on.

Why is he important in Hungarian history?
Well he was - for a short while - the "Governor-President" of the country, leading it in a position just a bit short form a dictator which Görgey had to become. Some did call him a dictator. He also filled the role of Minister of Finance in the First Free and Responsible Hungarian Government, just before he became the governor-president.
