You don't have to login to use them and most are 100% private from what I saw. And free too. The option to choose those crap models are there but you can just opt out of it I think. I'm still researching everything on those sites, so I may not be 100% right on everything. But it's a good start.

If you want to search for more similar services like that, go to a good non cucked search engine and look for "Uncensored AI". You should find a few options around.
