Aha, I thought 2 weeks is a good sweet spot to not drain too much of your total allowance, 3 seems a lot, how much time off can you have in total so you can still have something for the rest of the year.

I have booked Christmas and two days in November already, still have 10 to use but my job is too easy to really need time off. Plus I have the bongs' 4 or 5 extra days off as well.
