cable tension is not the issue i found, it is indeed the angle
the issue is
i am able to align the cage in a way that it doesn't rub the chain but the moment I start to tighten the primary screw (that holds it together), the cage rotates abit
contratry to what I thought, this part (pic related) does not allow any flex
