Well my coach calls it "sweetspot" but really at something like 95% it's very upper SS or just threshold. In any case, it lets me somewhat recover between efforts while still being pretty tough on the muscles. I'm a diesel and can do 90-120min "normal sweetspot" in one stretch at 90-92%, so upping the power a bit is a nice way to make those workouts tougher without going too long / being constrained by overheating and hydration/fueling.
