Well yeah it could well also be a virus, but it feels much like my past experiences with sunstroke. We were out in the sun nearly 8h straight on the first ride day and then 6h on the second, so quite a lot more than usual. The stomach problems also started a day later than the other symptoms. But dunno, not a fun one either way.
