Bęrt I have been doing some research. The only way SEMIRUNNIY can run the 5km is when someone from a country with no replacement runner gets sick or injured. As far as I can see this is only the case for two countries: Austria (FARTHOFER) and Czechia (JILEK). So you know what to do
