Thanks for the heads up and for not letting the board get nuked.

If the old suicide thread is a Cloudflare problem, then yeah, please delete it. It is not worth risking the whole site over one thread.

We already made a new thread, and I am trying to keep it from turning into methodposting. The idea is not to share suicide methods, instructions, or encouragement. The idea is to move the discussion into a different direction: why anons feel like this, what problems they have, how to survive the worst moments, how to deal with depression, addiction, loneliness, family shit, and so on.

The topic itself is still important for /bb/, because a lot of anons are fucked up and need somewhere to talk honestly. But it should be a support/harm reduction thread, not a “how do I do it” thread.

I will try to keep an eye on it and push back against methodposting, direct encouragement, bait, glorification, or anything that can be interpreted as incitement. We can also put clear rules in the OP: no methods, no instructions, no encouraging people to do it.

So if possible, please delete the old thread if needed, but don’t touch the new one yet. Give us a chance to keep it sane and safe.
