I pierced my frenulum (? - the bit of skin that connects the foreskin to the knob. 
Apparently, the original circumcisions were closer to that. There wasnt removal of the ring of skin. More of a cut there.
Pierced it with a safety pin then stretcjed it with a sewing needle so I could get the stud through.
Was very uncomfortable and blood anywhere near your dick is a bad feel.
