I went out with the chainsaw and cut the double stump in half. It was really blunt and the wood was hard as hell. I managed to cut two slots into the smaller one for splitting wedges tomorrow but now I dont think it will split at the bole end. Dunno what I am gonna do to carve it down. I might have to make a chopping platform out of two logs and shape it with my adxe. It was raining and cold. Got the fire going and might read a book I neglected for moofies.
