4) went overboard and bought a dive knife but its got a hard sheath and lock button so it goes on my tactical LBE sometimes. i used to to make a spoon when i forgot that once in the field. 
5)cold steel bush man for bush work.
6)blunt letter opener that has been used to tweeze out my ear hairs.
