Went to the shops to buy some healthy food. Ended up buying an iced cinnamon scroll from the bakery outside coles. It's entrapment. It just looked so good. They know how to exploit the executive brain. It wasn't even very nice, but I know if I go back my animal gluttony will lust after another one anyway.
