Buy a boneless Lamb shoulder, usuall beteween 20-30 bucks, can cut it in half and freeze the rest, 

salt pepper and a good 1.5 hours atv 180 degrees. Eat the crispy bits, cut it up make wraps with hommuus and tzatkiki, add your own salad mix, cold cuts last all week. Flavourtown and healthy.
