I dunno if they are the "coolest cats", but I do agree they probably run that. The whole radio show is a kind of commercial.
I liek it because it's an OC well the work as a whole, they take some of the stuff, like the music, from elsewhere, and I like to "promote" OC, and I can use it to promote Endchan.
I wish all the various spam that's about various scam services would make such OC instead. At least people would be entertained while being scammed. Nah, noone clicks their links. I hope.
