Men in trackies stained in shit just languishing around, council order chain link, feral dogs, shanty buildings, children unwashed and unattended.DHS timed a visit while I was there to use me as security. 

Fixed a car and a roof, and turned someone's water back on. Just because. Left McDonald's vouchers, scrunched them up a bit, dipped them in tea. Fed dogs. Bad home man was starving them as punishment and telling everyone else he'd fed them. Whole place reeked.
