No I actually am using it now. I wanted to see the temps and fuel consumption just sitting in a car park in the cool zone.

Also useful data is a kilometers between resets. My mechanic resets the codes every service so I can use this to figure out when I am due for a service  without that annoying sticker on the windscreen
