it's easy to swindle UK mental health, I know someone with psychosis that treats their medical meetings as an exam she has to pass. it's not about getting better but whether she meets weekly objectives. so a day before the meeting she will walk up a street. maybe cook a meal and turn up saying "I did this". the medical professionals in charge of her care have since taken her off anti-psychotics, and low and behold she's declined. but because she does a couple tasks a week they supposedly think she's okay. in the meanwhile she sees medical staff once every few months because she keeps cancelling meetings, the reason being deterioration in mental health caused by her psychosis. I do wonder if they even care. maybe they're written her off. either way I'm going to try and put a foot in and hopefully she can get back on meds

poor Katy, I saw in twitter replies a person agreeing with her skipping her anti-psychotics. it's a mystery what DMs she was getting her way and if they were encouraging her anti-med streak
