I was just reading her tweets again and in the last days she was clearly off her medication (antipsychotics) and having an episode. Being at home alone making crazy videos and posting on twitter. Even the comment section seems understanding and almost trying to help. 

It just breaks my mind that a single episode where she was somehow alone and off her meds in her home led to this. Surely people in her entourage must have noticed red flags. Like you say, there is strong blame, she should have been hospitalised right there and then, medicated, and supervised. I know for sure that she didn’t even intend to die seriously, it was psychosis and would have passed. Lord in Heaven.
