The only interactions I had with Katie was that she was awesome. Yeah she had some mental issues that led to her passing, but I'm very sad that it happened. I know people in my circle just like her. She just needed more help. I'll never forget Katie. She sent me very cool and kind messages. Also, sry I'm not chronically online, I have no clue who ciara is (hopefully not another deceased girl).
