She likely does have BPD as some anons have speculated.
She's at the age where big symptoms start to show. 
I think she shows quite a few symptoms already.

> Mood Swings
Often within hours of posting about how she hates her life/parents she will post something like "haha I'm better now", has deleted her socials and returned within days before during so called "schizo moments" 

> Unstable Relationships
Her relationship with her mom seems to be falling apart, she also had a falling out with her groomer due to unknown reasons which lead to his arrest.

> Fear of Abandonment
One of her "schizo" meltdowns on Instagram occurred when her mother told her to stop DMing strangers and to close her DMs on social media, I imagine if she lost some of her followers she would be upset. IIRC she was very upset when she wasn't getting enough attention on 4chan due to her permanent ban and was scared of losing her "audience".

> Impulsivity
Her random vent posts about her family and how she hates other girls are rather impulsive, that and selling nudes for in-game money and attention.

> Feelings of Emptines
Less obvious but it's likely she does feel empty inside, hence her desire for online fame and attention 

> Self-Harm
Eating disorders are considered by most professionals as a form of self harm

Lying a lot is another trait common in girls with BPD which she has been caught doing many times.
BPD is also rather common in Hispanic girls according to several articles I found during research.

I'm no expert but it should also be mentioned BPD is thought to be closely linked to those with sexual trauma, and she fits the bill.
