Oh he's done for. If it was this some random lady he didn't know who said he did this to her at a park, you have this huge hurtle to prove that he was even there at the time, and to prove it was him. You basically need CCTV footage and/or DNA evidence. his sister though? Oh boy he's done. He's beyond done.

One thing is that past investigations won't be used at the trial itself, since he was never convicted of anything. The judge and prosectuors would know and it will influence their sentencing but they won't say it.
